Those who want to establish a cooperative must have at least 7 partners. Those who can not reach this number can not cooperate.
Some documents need to be provided for the co-operative organization and applications must be made to the relevant places. What are the necessary documents for the cooperative organization?
Documents required for cooperative organization:
- Application petition,
- Five articles of agreement signed by at least seven founders and approved by Noterce,
- Information Form,
- A statement indicating that the capital is invested in the name of one of the founding partners must be stated in the establishment request.
Scope of the agreement;
- Name and center of the cooperative,
- The purpose and work of the cooperative,
- The conditions and conditions that earned and lost the title of the partnership,
- the payment of the share of the partners and of the cooperative capital in cash, the payment of less than ¼ of the cash capital, the partners will not put the same capital,
- the status and level of responsibility of the partners due to the obligations of the cooperatives,
- the duties and powers and responsibilities of the management and supervisory bodies of the cooperative,
- Provisions of the representation of the cooperative,
- Annual income and expenditure differences, calculation and usage patterns,
- The names, surnames, business and residential addresses of the founders,
- General assembly meetings, taking decisions, use of votes,
- The principles of the working mode of the cooperative,
- The relationship of the cooperative with the unions,
- Provisions concerning the union of the cooperative with another cooperative,
- The cooperative's time.
- The provisions of the following provisions shall apply if there is no provision in the articles of association concerning the particulars in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 5. These provisions are;
- In the case of registered mail signed by the authorities on behalf of the general assembly meeting cooperative, or in the local newspaper and the villages, the signing fee will be announced in writing.
- The activity of the cooperative is limited by its purpose and work.
